EU Compliance Consent (GDPR)

If you'd like to require and record consent before proposals can be accessed, you can do so in the Account -> Settings page:

Once enabled, any contact accessing a proposal will need to agree to Terms of Use and Electronic Document Disclosure:

Note: This agreement is recorded for any person that gets sent a proposal that accesses their unique proposal link. This means, any email addresses entered in the proposal "send" dialog.

Any recorded consents automatically get added to your Proposal Activity report (found in your proposal):

The report will show the following consent information:
