How to Add Images

Adding images to your proposals is easy and it's a great way to showcase your work or spruce up your proposal design.

Adding Images

To add an image to your proposal, open up the edit screen of a section and select the “insert image" item in the toolbar.

Note that the supported file types include: jpg, png, and gif files. File size limits for images inserted into sections (like Opening, Closing, or Fees sections) is 300kb (typically 410 x 300 width & height in pixels).

If your image is hosted on a website, you can insert the link by clicking the “insert" button. If you already have the image saved in your image bank, you can select it using the “choose" option. If you want to upload an image from your computer, you can do that by clicking the “choose file" button, locating the file, and clicking “insert."

Now you have your images ready to display and impress.

How to Wrap Text Around Images

If you need the text to wrap around your image, you'll want to 1) place your cursor at the top of the section and 2) click to insert the image by uploading it from your device:

After the image uploads, select it by clicking on it and then click "edit" to align the image as you'd like, which will cause the text to wrap around it:

To adjust how the text flows around the image, resize it by selecting the image and clicking and dragging on the bottom right corner:

Click "Save" to keep your changes.

If you want to go one step further, you can embed videos as well.
