Using Variables

The variables in Bidsketch help you save time and minimize mistakes, which can be costly. 

What Is a Variable? 

A variable (sometimes called a "token") is basically a placeholder that later auto-populates with data/information. No need to manually fill out the data inside of these brackets, they'll do that all on their own!

The list of variables is pretty extensive and includes variables for your information as well as your client's information (which is pulled from the client contact fields).

You can use variables while you're editing sections, fees, or your proposal. You can also use them in your proposal messages. No matter where you put the variable, the information will appear on your final proposal copy.
